Operational Coordinator Specialist

We are looking for an Operational Coordinator Specialist to join B.C. Ltd.
About the role:
- This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum of 30-40 hours of work per week.
- The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely manner.
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth business operations.
- This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The successful candidate will be fluent in English and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
