Job Title: General Construction Labourer

Blend Contracting Inc is seeking a skilled General Construction Labourer to join our team. As a General Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
Requirements:
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment
  • Ability to work in a dangerous environment
  • Ability to work in a dusty environment
  • Ability to work in a cold/refrigerated environment
  • Ability to work in a hot environment
  • Ability to work in various locations
  • Ability to work on a construction site
Work Environment:

The work environment will be fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and may be exposed to hazardous materials.
