Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
  • Log repairs, notes, and reports potential or new repairs to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of facilities and equipment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a maintenance role, preferably in a healthcare or facilities management setting.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

  • May be required to work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
  • May be exposed to hazardous materials and chemicals.
  • May be required to work at heights or in areas with limited access.
