">About the Role:
">- The Restaurant Team Lead is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of food preparation staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
">- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Hire food service staff and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
">- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree or diploma in hospitality, business administration, or related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
