Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
Working Conditions:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical activity. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
