About the Opportunity

Cape Breton Regional Hospital, a tertiary care institution, is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join their team of 7 Anesthesiologists. The successful candidate will provide care to patients in the Eastern Zone and participate in call. The position offers opportunities for research and medical teaching with Dalhousie University.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full scope of practice as an Anesthesiologist, including participating in call.
  • Operate within the Medical Staff Bylaws of the Nova Scotia Health Authority.
Qualifications
  • Eligible for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
  • Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia.
  • Member of the Canadian Medical Protective Association.
