Personal Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Personal Banking team as a Personal Banking Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized banking solutions to our existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized banking solutions to customers, including financial advice and guidance on banking products and services.
- Identify customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
