- At Tigh Na Mara Seaside Spa Resort & Conference Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Leader to join our kitchen team.
- We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our culinary team in preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests.
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in hospitality.
- Responsibilities will include estimating costs of supplies and food items, maintaining records of food costs, consumption, and sales, and supervising activities of specialist chefs and kitchen workers.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
