About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mahakal Foods Ltd. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer demand and ensure quality control standards are met.
    • Collaborate with our culinary team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Inventory Management and Budgeting
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and customer expectations.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Working Conditions
