Hospitality Services Executive

The Hospitality Services Executive is a key member of the Compass Group Canada team, responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our clients and guests.

You'll oversee the development and implementation of retail and marketing programs, as well as catering services, to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise in food service operations, customer service, and team management will be essential in driving business results.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of foodservice or related management experience.
  • Advanced Food Service Training (AFST) plus Level 1 and 2 Health and Safety Certification training.
  • Strong experience dealing with labour relations issues.
  • Proven financial management skills, including ability to control product and labour costs on a weekly basis.
  • Strong catering experience, including demonstrated experience hosting large events.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of any POS System is an asset.
