Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CFO in maintaining key business indicators and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial data and reports.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement financial policies and plans.
  • Manage the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Oversee treasury management processes and optimize cash management procedures.
  • Prepare and present consolidated financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Controller or in a similar position.
  • CPA designation with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
