Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the successful execution of events by accurately setting up, operating, and breaking down lighting and audiovisual equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Comply with all company security and safety measures to protect people and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Encore Technical Level 3 Certification is required, with a focus on lighting and audiovisual systems.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in lighting and audiovisual systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
