Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our distribution management team, associates, and customers. This includes but is not limited to:
  1. Processing daily requests for various certificates.
  2. Handling invoice processing for vendors and couriers.
  3. Collaborating with partners to resolve outstanding credits/returns.
  4. Working closely with the customer service team to facilitate customer requests.
  5. Managing training records and confidential files.
  6. Filing and handling lost and damaged claims for carriers.
  7. Preparing and reconciling various reports.
  8. Collaborating with fellow Administrative Coordinators in Regulatory, OS&D, and Customer Service.
  9. Supporting department leadership in planning development projects.
  10. Generating Distribution reports.
  11. Greeting visitors and guests according to company protocol.
  12. Receiving daily mail and courier deliveries.
  13. Maintaining BOL's, receiving, and customs documents.
  14. Overseeing office supplies and related orders.

Requirements:
  1. High School education required; college diploma preferred.
  2. Strong digital literacy skills, proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Able to work independently as part of a team environment.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  5. Able to pay close attention to detail and produce work with high accuracy.
  6. Able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
