Job Summary:

As an Energy Services Technician with Clean Harbors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of maintenance and service for our clients.

You will be responsible for addressing client service concerns related to equipment within your scope of responsibility and assisting senior technicians in rig ins/outs of surface rental equipment.

This position requires a strong mechanical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the highest quality of maintenance and service is provided to clients
  • Assist senior technicians in rig ins/outs of surface rental equipment
  • Address client service concerns related to equipment within your scope of responsibility
  • Maintain and operate assigned vehicles in accordance with Clean Harbors policies and procedures
  • Complete all documentation required for the work being performed
  • Ability to work on-call on a rotating basis as scheduled
  • Washing and servicing of equipment
  • Ability to work long hours away from home in remote locations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid FULL class 5 driver's license (GDL will not be accepted)
  • Local to Grande Prairie area
  • Ability to work 14/7 rotation
  • Valid H2S and First Aid ticket
  • Knowledge and background related to production services, well sites, wastewater or remote accommodations
  • Good mechanical background with troubleshooting skills desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with an ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexible, motivated, capable of working in a fast-paced, demanding environment and able to respond to change quickly
