Job Title: Machine Designer

FOX PACKAGING SERVICES is seeking a skilled Machine Designer to join our team. As a Machine Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects, preparing design, drawings, and specifications, and designing moulds, tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects
  • Prepare design, drawings, and specifications
  • Design moulds, tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures
  • Computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications
  • Prepare standards and schedules
  • Supervise maintenance programs or operation of mechanical plants
  • Supervise, monitor, and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects
  • Test machines and equipment
  • Project management
  • Prepare project schedules
  • Assist in design, development, and testing
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Carry out analysis of research data and prepare research reports
  • Print in 3D
Requirements:
  • Computer and technology knowledge

  • MS Excel
