About the Role:

S & B Modi Enterprises ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for promoting industrial and commercial investment in rural and urban areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies and programs to promote industrial and commercial investment
  • Supervise professional and support staff and students
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment
  • Perform administrative tasks and plan development projects
  • Develop venture capital sources and recruit and hire staff
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
  • Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment
  • Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends
  • Develop feasibility studies and conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
  • Develop and implement business plans and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language
  • 35 hours per week
