Job Overview
At Dairy Queen, we're seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent leadership skills to oversee the activities of our food preparation staff. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that meals are prepared to the highest standards, meeting our quality control expectations. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste, as well as establishing efficient work schedules. Your role will also involve training new staff members and promoting a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to maintain high-quality meal production
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring optimal inventory management
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste
- Establish efficient work schedules to meet business demands
- Train new staff members to enhance overall team performance

Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Proficiency in English language (language of work)
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate peak periods
