We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our team at Partners in Performance. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in facilitating the implementation of change management strategies within our client firms.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze data to provide a fact-based foundation for decision-making and consultation.
- Facilitate the prioritization of projects, conduct root-cause analysis, and identify areas of high value within the client's business.
- Develop skills to recognize when ideas are under or over-performing expectations and ensure effective prioritization of initiatives and pace of implementation.
- Coach client analysts and line managers, sharing skills and building relationships across the client business.
- Draw on and develop leadership skills to help build the client organization's 'wiring' and ensure the improvement effort is sustained by a culture of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated passion for results, with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure.
