Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Shell Canada. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
  • Process returns and exchanges, and handle customer complaints in a fair and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
