Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations of our commercial facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of environments, including office buildings, commercial facilities, and potentially relocating to different sites.
