We are a reputable cleaning service company seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of professionals.

Job Summary

This permanent position involves overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning crew, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained in commercial facilities. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to train and supervise staff effectively, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of 16-20 cleaning staff
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate work schedules and activities with other departments
  • Establish work standards and maintain quality control
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Working Conditions:

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You must also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:
