About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales and distribution team, you will be responsible for maintaining and replenishing products in local grocery stores, ensuring that our beverages are fully stocked and available to consumers.

Responsibilities
  • Product Maintenance and Replenishment: Transport products between the backroom and front-of-store using manual or powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand-trucks.
  • Display Management: Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards, maintaining product signage, and cleaning product space.
  • Inventory Management: Organize stock, identify and monitor inventory levels, and report any discrepancies.
  • Damage and Defective Product Management: Evaluate and process damaged product, re-pack product, and organize backroom materials.
  • Equipment Operation: Use manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand-trucks, to move product loads for a minimum of 100 yards.
  • Customer Service: Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers, providing superior service and support.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance, consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head, and ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
