Aircraft Coordinator, Industrial Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Coordinator, Industrial Engineering to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning aircraft production activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Characterize planned and unplanned tasks, including RNC, BOI, Snags, and workbook activities, and provide detailed reports on duration, area, job activity, predecessors/successors, and milestones.
- Support production leaders in day-to-day operations and during daily morning meetings, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Make production jobs executable as quickly as possible by monitoring engineering disposition, parts availability, documentation progression, and other critical factors.
- Support the leader and production team in daily planning of tasks, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Follow up on documentation related to aircraft completion progress, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Carry out impact analysis on issues encountered in production, identifying and implementing solutions to minimize delays and optimize production.
- Be responsible for updating the planning of all aircraft, integrating impacts, constraints, and opportunities on the aircraft fleet.
- Facilitate high-level meetings and presentations on schedule follow-up, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
- Participate and manage improvement projects, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/plant environment, with a proven track record of success in production coordination and planning.
- Global vision of the company, with the ability to understand and align with company goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to internal customers and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a production environment, with a spirit of synthesis and the ability to present to senior management.
- Dynamic and team-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to lead and take on challenges.
- Patience, perseverance, and curiosity, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project, with the ability to track planning and coordinate activities.
- Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to complete summary analyses and provide detailed reports.
- Bilingual (French and English spoken and written).
