Role Responsibilities:
- Characterize both planned and unplanned tasks, including RNC, BOI, Snags, and workbooks, detailing Duration, Area, Job Activity, Predecessors/Successors, and Milestones.
- Assist production leaders in daily operations and during the Daily Morning Meeting.
- Ensure production jobs are executable promptly by monitoring engineering dispositions, parts availability, and documentation progress.
- Support the leader and production team in daily task planning.
- Track documentation related to aircraft completion progress.
- Conduct impact analysis based on production issues encountered.
- Manage and update the planning of all aircraft, integrating impacts, constraints, and opportunities across the fleet.
- Facilitate high-level meetings and presentations regarding schedule follow-ups.
- Engage in and oversee improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- A DCS or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related operational discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- A comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations.
- Ability to listen to internal customers and stakeholders, including production and support functions.
- Comfortable working in a production setting.
- Strong synthesis skills and ability to present effectively to senior management.
- Dynamic team player with leadership qualities and a passion for challenges.
- Exhibit patience, perseverance, and curiosity.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Project for tracking planning.
- Intermediate Excel skills for conducting summary analyses.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
