Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $37,440 and $41,600, based on a 20-hour workweek and an hourly wage of $18-$20.
Job Description
We are seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will support business-to-business sales and customer service activities, provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach, and develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting. You will also coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs, perform local sales calls, and drive a company vehicle to customer sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
o To be at least 18 years old, due to the nature of the work.
o To possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed.
o To possess or be working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or a related field of study, or have customer service or industry-related work experience.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills.
o Proficient computer skills.
o A strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell.
o High motivation, self-direction, and customer service orientation.
o Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
o Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
o Strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
