Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Care Coordinator to join our team at pt Health - Victoria Physiotherapy. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, ensuring seamless clinic operations, and fostering strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, including answering phone calls, greeting patients, and responding to inquiries
- Coordinate patient intake, data entry, and scheduling of appointments, ensuring accurate and timely information
- Assist patients with completing paperwork and ensure accurate information is recorded
- Collect payment at time of service and track coverage for all funding streams
- Complete data entry and billing, and coordinate courier packages and email, mail, and faxes
- Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director
Qualifications & Core Competencies
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Experience in a Physiotherapy clinic an asset
