Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join DOMINOS PIZZA as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food service areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, informing business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing insights into restaurant performance.
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
