Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Compassionate Care Home & Hospital Services Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics AX (x++) and other relevant technologies.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure the effective use of technology within the organization.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems meet the required standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in information systems business solutions, data security, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
