Job Title: Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Compassionate Care Home & Hospital Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics AX (x++) and other relevant technologies.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure the effective use of technology within the organization.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems meet the required standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in information systems business solutions development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Working Conditions:
