About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Experience Lead to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales floor departments and ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Ensure that all on-stage cast execute Sephora's selling model and provide outstanding client service. Partner with your direct manager to address client feedback and issues.
  • Embracing Innovation: Support the training of all World selling cast in Client Interactive Technology.
  • Event Management: Assist with in-store events to drive sales and meet client needs.
  • Performance Assessment & Development: Coach team members to improve performance and provide timely feedback.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
