Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Garbage Truck Operator to join our team at Impact Staffing Inc. The ideal candidate will have a valid DZ class license and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, as well as experience operating garbage trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various vehicles and equipment, including garbage trucks
  • Report any malfunctions to the supervisor
  • Work in a variety of locations, including hot and wet/damp environments
  • Perform physical tasks, such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Requirements
  • Valid DZ class license and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Experience operating garbage trucks

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, operating garbage trucks and performing physical tasks. The work site environment may be hot, with odours and wet/damp conditions.
