Job Title: Tow Truck Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting vehicles to designated locations, addressing customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques
  • Mountain driving expertise
  • Professionalism in customer service
  • Drive lighter, special purpose trucks
  • Perform brake adjustments
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires handling heavy loads, working in a fast-paced environment, and being on the road for extended periods. If you are a hardworking and patient individual with excellent interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.
