Key Account Manager

Dechra is a global leader in veterinary pharmaceuticals, and we're seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our strategic and corporate customers, ensuring their needs are met and our company initiatives are aligned.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage assigned strategic groups, including developing and executing sales strategies to maximize profitable revenue.
- Communicate effectively with executive-level contacts, both internally and externally, including negotiations and report presentations.
- Develop business plans for each assigned group, including managing customer discounts and rebates.
- Present quarterly business reviews to each group, ensuring their needs are met and data is accurately presented.
- Track budgets and ensure spend is aligned with business plan goals and objectives.
- Bilingual English/French (written and oral) is a must.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in account management, preferably at a headquarters level.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft and Salesforce.com.
- Bachelor's degree required.
