- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, and oversee the work of 5-10 people.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Point of sale system, spreadsheet, and MS Outlook.
- Area of Work Experience: Tourism.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation and own vehicle.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Permanent Employment: A permanent employment opportunity with a reputable company.
- Language of Work: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
