Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at C-Gas Management Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to improve performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Determine staffing requirements and ensure adequate coverage.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Oversee payroll administration and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The successful candidate will be working in a retail service establishment in a rural area. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
