Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Center Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our fulfillment center, you'll play a critical role in preparing glass for distribution to our field operation teams, ensuring timely delivery of parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Safely operate MHE, such as forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers, to move inventory and equipment.
  • Warehousing Tasks: Perform daily warehousing tasks, including pallet breakdown, dunnage preparation, and inventory management.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Safety and Security: Adhere to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, maintaining a secure and clean work area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Age and Weight Limit: Must be 18 years of age or older and weigh under 300 pounds to safely operate the order picker.
  • MHE Experience: Experience with some MHE equipment, such as forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential to help your teammates and meet business objectives.
