About This Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to support patients in the Diabetes Express department. This role offers a fast-paced and rewarding environment for self-motivated individuals looking to expand their experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication from customers and stakeholders.
  • Process orders and manage requests for information.
  • Assist pharmacists and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Offer financial assistance and communicate with patients regarding account status.
  • Perform basic customer account maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French.
  • Minimum 2 years of Canadian public and private reimbursement navigation experience.
  • Strong computer and software skills.
  • Minimum 35 WPM typing speed.
