Job Title: Heavy Construction Equipment Operator - Rail Infrastructure

Salary:The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 CAD, depending on experience.
Job Description:As a Heavy Construction Equipment Operator with our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment during construction and maintenance activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and other heavy equipment as required.
- Maintaining equipment in good working order and reporting any defects or malfunctions to supervisors.
- Working safely and efficiently in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinating machine actions with other crew members to ensure effective teamwork.
- Lifting, bending, digging, shoveling, and moving objects as required in the performance of duties.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year's experience operating heavy construction equipment in a construction environment.
- A valid AZ driver's license and a clean driving record.
- The ability to understand and follow instructions, read and interpret documents, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
