Experience Designer II

Electronic Arts Inc is seeking a talented Experience Designer II to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging user experiences for our EA SPORTS portfolio of video games.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user experiences that meet the needs of our players.

Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure that our products meet the needs of our target audience.

Develop and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.

Work closely with our development team to ensure that design concepts are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our products remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on video games or a related industry.

Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Knowledge of human-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience with user research and testing methods.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
