Le titulaire de ce poste est responsable de la livraison de colis de manière efficace et courtoise dans le secteur attribué. Il doit vérifier chaque envoi pour s'assurer qu'il respecte les modalités de service de Federal Express Canada.

Compétences et qualifications requises
  • Titulaire d'un diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
  • Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite
  • Avoir une bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l'organisation
  • Avoir de bonnes compétences en service à la clientèle
  • Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manoeuvrer, avec l'aide d'un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb
  • Avoir au moins un (1) an d'expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle
  • Être capable de mener plusieurs tâches de front, de s'adapter au stress et de travailler sous une forte pression
Conditions d'emploi

Le titulaire de ce poste doit être capable de fonctionner dans un environnement PC / Windows et de réussir toute formation récurrente et maintenir les accréditations annuelles nécessaires le cas échéant. Il doit également être capable de travailler selon un horaire variable en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.

Le titulaire qui réside dans la province de Québec doit être bilingue (français et anglais).

Les candidats feront en outre l'objet d'une évaluation basée sur l'examen approfondi de leur dossier de conduite courant, des résultats de leur entrevue et des résultats de toute évaluation de leurs compétences de conducteur.
