Job Summary

This role involves performing various tasks in the warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the carousel system to pick orders and re-stock, ensuring accurate product information and SAP updates.
  • Pack shipments using SAP, verifying correct product quantities, labeling, and weighing skids.
  • Pick orders from overstock and ensure accurate lot numbers and quantities using an RF unit.
  • Ship orders using a computerized freight management system.
  • Move materials to optimize warehouse space.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Physically receive materials and verify shipment accuracy by checking for overages, shortages, or damaged goods.
  • Notify Inventory Analyst of inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Documents (SODs), and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs).
  • Participate in internal and external audits and inspections as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education: Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Fluent written and oral communication in English, basic knowledge of computer operations, and willingness to work varied shifts and overtime.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
