Altis Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This role involves processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately in ERP systems from entry to billing.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism regarding product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and order statuses.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support by addressing concerns and coordinating resolutions with internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track order progress and manage potential challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in computerized systems and generate reports as required.
- Draft sales-related documents, including proposals, reports, contracts, and maintenance agreements.
- Communicate effectively with bilingual customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
