Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately in ERP systems from entry to billing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism regarding product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and order statuses.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support by addressing concerns and coordinating resolutions with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track order progress and manage potential challenges.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records in computerized systems and generate reports as required.
  • Draft sales-related documents, including proposals, reports, contracts, and maintenance agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with bilingual customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
