**Job Summary**

As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's receivables, ensuring timely collection and accurate financial records.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**

  • Process and manage customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received promptly.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with customers to resolve payment issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of all collections and communications with clients.
  • Assist with reconciliation of accounts and monthly reporting.
  • Prepare reports for management on receivables and collections status.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payment schedules, and account status.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • This is an in-office role located at 2940 Portland Dr, Oakville, ON.
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours (9am-5pm)
