Motel Operations Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Belmont INN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure that their requirements are met.
- Coordinate and review work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that the motel is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment:
The Motel Managing Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that the motel is well-maintained and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
Language:
The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:
The Motel Managing Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that the motel is well-maintained and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
