Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Northland Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that the motel is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our guests
In addition to your supervisory responsibilities, you will also be expected to perform same duties as workers supervised, including standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- High school graduation certificate
