We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nanki Immigration and Consulting Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Management: Coordinate and schedule seminars, conferences, and other events with ease.
- Communication: Facilitate the flow of information within the team by coordinating daily operations, planning, and organizing tasks.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate records and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Administration: Oversee office procedures, maintain inventory, and order supplies as needed.
- Data Analysis: Analyze employee data and compile reports for management review.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Mail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and large workloads.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid training, learning opportunities, parking, and relocation costs covered by employer.
