About the WorkAs a Technical Product Manager, You Will:
  • Lead the full product and platform lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, collaborating with teams across the organization.
  • Drive large and complex technical initiatives across teams of world-class developers.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team, utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Deliver value to product development teams through internal tooling, education, and documentation.
  • Coordinate the release cycle of internal tools and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Perform other duties as required.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in product management in a technical environment.
  • Background in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
  • Understanding of various components in a backend system, including microservices, databases, and messaging systems.
  • Experience communicating with both engineering and business stakeholders, and across diverse cultures, work styles, and personalities.
  • Experience creating technical diagrams, authoring technical requirements, and product roadmaps.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive staff.
  • Outstanding written and oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to predict challenges and proactively head off obstacles.
  • Must be a self-starter, a team player, and able to operate autonomously.
Nice to Haves
  • Previous start-up, consumer mobile, and/or consulting experience is a strong asset.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (Google, AWS) and monitoring tools like DataDog, Splunk, and Prometheus.
  • Hands-on experience with programming or server management.
