**Technical Product Manager** A seasoned product manager is sought to lead the development and delivery of technical initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

theScore, a subsidiary of PENN Entertainment, empowers sports fans through digital media and sports betting products. Its media app 'theScore' is one of the most popular in North America, delivering fans personalized live scores, news, stats, and betting information.

About the role

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, collaborating with teams across the organization. You will drive large and complex technical initiatives, lead day-to-day operations, and deliver value to product development teams through internal tooling, education, and documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery * Drive large and complex technical initiatives across teams of world-class developers * Lead day-to-day operations of the team, using tools like JIRA and Confluence * Deliver value to product development teams through internal tooling, education, and documentation * Coordinate release cycle of internal tools and manage cross-team dependencies **Requirements:** * 5+ years of experience in product management in a technical environment * Background in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related technical field * Understanding of various components in a backend system, including microservices, databases, and messaging systems * Experience communicating to both engineering and business stakeholders * Experience creating technical diagrams, authoring technical requirements and product roadmaps * Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive staff * Outstanding written and oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail * Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles * Self-starter, team player, and able to operate autonomously **Nice to Have:** * Previous start-up, consumer mobile, and/or consulting experience * Experience with Cloud platforms and monitoring tools * Hands-on experience with programming or server management **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive Benefits package * Education and conference reimbursements * Top-of-the-line office hardware * Fun, relaxed work environment * Parental Leave top-up
