As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash and operate electronic cash registers.
  • Replenish merchandise around the checkout area, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Follow up on hot selling items, complete markdowns and SKU changes as needed, and maintain planograms, labels, and tickets.
  • Perform cycle counts, ensure compliance with all policies, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, bend, twist, and squat, and lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs).
