Management Development Trainee - Career Advancement Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Management Development Trainee to join our team at EMCO Waterworks/EMCO Aqueduc. As a Management Development Trainee, you will progress through a comprehensive 4-phased program to learn every aspect of our business operations, from shipping and receiving to employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain hands-on experience in warehouse and customer service operations
  • Develop product knowledge and learn how our products get from the vendor to the customer
  • Provide world-class customer service and support
  • Participate in customer relationship building and procurement activities
  • Contribute to business development and sales efforts

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in any discipline
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
